1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 60 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The product must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase or order number is required
The following items are not eligible for return:

Clearance or final sale items

Digital products or downloads

Gift cards
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened supplements or health and personal care products
1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pepvitality.com with:

Your order number

Reason for the return
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Please ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the return package. Returns received without an RMA may not be processed.
1.4 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PepVitality is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days
2.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

The item is returned damaged or incomplete

The product is not in its original condition (not due to our error)

The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery

3. Exchanges
3.1 Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at support@pepvitality.com with your order details and photos (if applicable). We’ll guide you through the process.
4. Sale Items
All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
5. Gifts
5.1 Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit or gift certificate once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
